With over 25 years of extensive experience in accounting and audit, Victor specializes in various areas including Financial Statements, Contracts, Grants, Performance, Internal Control, and A-133-Single Audits.
Throughout his career, Victor has demonstrated a deep understanding of corporate financial statements, excelling in interpretation, disclosure, presentation, and reporting. His expertise extends to the interpretation and application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), generally accepted governmental auditing standards (GAGAS-Yellow Book), generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), and public company accounting oversight board (PCAOB) regulations.
