Victor Molokwu is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant with a passion for providing exceptional service and care to clients. With over 25 years of extensive experience in accounting and audit, Victor specializes in various areas including Financial Statements, Contracts, Grants, Performance, Internal Control, and A-133-Single Audits.
Throughout his career, Victor has demonstrated a deep understanding of corporate financial statements, excelling in interpretation, disclosure, presentation, and reporting. His expertise extends to the interpretation and application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), generally accepted governmental auditing standards (GAGAS-Yellow Book), generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), and public company accounting oversight board (PCAOB) regulations.
Moreover, Victor possesses a comprehensive understanding of Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) accounting standards, Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) accounting standards code (FASB-ASC), and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) accounting and auditing standards guides and opinions. He leverages this knowledge to effectively serve a diverse clientele, including non-profit organizations and private middle to small size businesses across the United States of America.
